HEADSHOTS PHOTOGRAPHY

Professional headshots create a strong first impression and help build customer trust and credibility. 

PHOTOGRAPHY TIME -- $200 PER HOUR

When you invest in photography time, not only are you investing in 26 years of photography experience and artistic vision, including 15 years as a professional photography business, and in expert posing and direction to make you look and feel your best.

But this investment also covers these costs as well:

💼•Travel and fuel to and from your photography location*


💼•1 hour of professional photographic coverage on location


💼•Outfit changes to provide variety in your final images


💼•Setup and breakdown of a full on-site studio


💼•Up to 2 hours of detailed post-production editing for a polished, high-quality finish


💼•Administrative time for planning, communication, and preparing your final gallery.

An applicable 6.3% is additional. Digital images are purchased separately.

The total time required (less or more than an hour) will depend on the size of your team; your photographer will provide a more accurate estimate based on your specific needs.

*The Phoenix metropolitan area can be explained as anywhere between Buckeye, Anthem, Apache Junction, and Maricopa. Outside of these areas will incur additional, unique travel fees.

 

1 TO 3 DIGITAL IMAGES | $100 PER IMAGE

4 to 25 DIGITAL IMAGES | $75 PER IMAGE

26+ DIGITAL IMAGES | $50 PER IMAGE

PROFESSIONAL EDITING

Headshots are delivered in a private online gallery with full download access. Each image includes light skin softening, blemish removal, eye enhancements, and teeth whitening.

More advanced editing requests—such as adding hair, or more extensive beauty edits--will incur an additional charges apply at a rate of $25 per photo. Taxes are additional on all services and products.

DO I NEED TO PURCHASE A COMMERCIAL LICENSE?

WITHOUT A COMMERCIAL LICENSE:

Headshot photos that you purchase without a commercial license may be used digitally online for as many times as you would like. They may be used on your website, on social media, in digital advertising, on TV, etc. The platform must be digital and images cannot be sold or exchanged for any monetary value. They may also be printed on business cards and Christmas and Holiday cards.

 

WITH A COMMERCIAL LICENSE:

Headshot photos that you purchase with a commercial license may be used digitally online for as many times as you would like, in addition to being printed for marketing pieces, sent in mailers, posted on billboards, in magazine publications and in mass-produced brochures, etc. They may be used on your website, on social media, in digital advertising, on TV, etc. Images may also be sold or exchanged for monetary value.

HOW MUCH WILL A COMMERCIAL LICENSE COST ME?

CITYWIDE $150

STATEWIDE $300
